CANCELLATION POLICY
-We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience. Services are non-refundable, however, in the event that you are not completely satisfied please let us know within 48 hours after your service has been performed. We take before/after photos. Please let us know if you are not comfortable with photos before booking or before your service. -In order to respect our other clients and staff, we reserve the right to cancel an appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. -Up to 50% service fee for any no-shows or cancellations not made before the 24 hour time period. Please cancel or reschedule appointment BEFORE 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments must be paid before a new appointment can be booked & deposit is non refundable or transferable. -To ensure the highest level of attentiveness between our artists and as a consideration for others we do not recommend children in the salon unless they are receiving a service. In the event that your child accompany you, please be mindful of the salon environment and child may wait quietly in lounge area. -Your appointment is NOT approved until you receive a confirmation from our booking system. We DO NOT offer foreign fills. Appointment will not be accepted. -Please contact us if you are unsure of the service needed. If the wrong service is booked you will be charged for the appropriate service or appointment may be canceled or rescheduled if time does not permit. -Right to refuse service.
