CANCELLATION POLICY
Salon Policies & Client Agreement Service Satisfaction & Refund Policy We strive to provide every client with a high-quality, professional experience. Due to the nature of our services, all services are non-refundable. If you have a concern regarding your service, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so that we may assess the issue and determine whether an adjustment is appropriate. Concerns communicated after 48 hours will not be considered. Failure to follow proper aftercare voids any eligibility for adjustments. Results may vary based on individual factors including, but not limited to, natural hair/lash condition, skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance. Photography & Documentation Before and after photos are taken for documentation, training, quality control, and marketing purposes. These images help protect both the client and the business. If you are not comfortable with photos being taken, you must notify us prior to booking or before your appointment begins. Failure to do so implies consent. Appointment Timing & Lateness To respect our artists’ schedules and other clients, appointments delayed more than 15 minutes may be canceled or rescheduled at the artist’s discretion. Late arrivals are still responsible for the full service fee. Cancellations, No-Shows & Deposits A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the service total. • No-show appointments must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked. • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of reason. Booking Accuracy & Service Selection Appointments are not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from our booking system. We do not offer foreign fills. Appointments booked incorrectly will not be honored. Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service. If the wrong service is booked: • You may be charged for the correct service, or • The appointment may be canceled or rescheduled if time does not permit. Please contact us prior to booking if you are unsure which service to select. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to: • Unsafe or unhealthy conditions • Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior • Failure to follow policies or aftercare instructions Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment for both clients and staff. ⸻ Acknowledgment By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all salon policies.
